Estratégias de enfrentamento ao esgotamento pessoal e profissional em trabalhadores da saúde: revisão sistemática

O esgotamento pessoal e profissional em trabalhadores da saúde tem se intensificado nas últimas décadas, impulsionado pelo aumento das exigências de desempenho, pela sobrecarga de trabalho e pelas dificuldades em equilibrar a vida pessoal e laboral. Nesse contexto, identificar e sistematizar estratégias de enfrentamento torna-se fundamental para a promoção da saúde mental e do bem- estar desses profissionais. Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar estratégias eficazes para o enfrentamento do esgotamento em trabalhadores da saúde. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática, registrada no PROSPERO (CRD420251026207) e conduzida conforme as diretrizes do Instituto Joanna Briggs e do PRISMA-P. As buscas foram realizadas em bases nacionais e internacionais, sem restrição de idioma ou período. Foram incluídos estudos com profissionais da saúde, analisados por meio de instrumentos específicos do JBI. Foram identificados 1.169 estudos, dos quais 29 compuseram a amostra final. As principais estratégias encontradas incluíram práticas de mindfulness, meditação e relaxamento; intervenções baseadas na psicologia positiva, como gratidão e autocompaixão; estratégias organizacionais, como ajustes de carga horária e suporte institucional; recursos digitais, incluindo chatbots e cursos online; e práticas de autocuidado, como lazer e hábitos saudáveis. Conclui- se que nenhuma estratégia isolada é suficiente para enfrentar o esgotamento. As abordagens mais eficazes envolvem a combinação de intervenções individuais, organizacionais e digitais, associadas ao incentivo ao autocuidado. Os achados reforçam a necessidade de programas integrados e sustentáveis que considerem tanto o protagonismo do trabalhador quanto a corresponsabilidade institucional.
