The participation of graduate students in Health Sciences as probationers in the Hospital Infection Control Commission allows the execution of data collection, in an effective and continuous way, besides promoting the development of technical abilities and acquisition of knowledge about Prevention and control of hospital infection for professional future use. The objective of this work is to show the important of nursing student performance In the Hospital Infection Control Commission, describing the process of selection, training and follow-up of the probationer.
