Educação continuado para agentes de saúde púbica: relato de experiência

This study aims to demonstrate that although public health Aides develop functions that are bellow those care preconized in their attributions, they can be trained during inservice education course, at low cost. The results are satisfactory contributing to improve the quality of the nursing assistance, as well as theoretical and practical knowledge level, through non monopolization of information.
