A research was undertaken in order to evaluate eventual toxicological side effects induced by the transcutaneously administration of (-) - 2, 3, 5, 6 - Tetrahydro - 6 - phenylimidazo - (2,1 b) thiazole a 20% (LEPURON) on the dorsal-lombar region of laboratory animals and bovines. Results showed that this compound was unable to induce any change in the following parameters investigated: i. nocuity, DL50, vascular permeability, hematology, blood biochemistry and histopathology.
