Abstract
We report a case of uterine torsion in a primiparous ewe. The animal was a mixed breed, 2 year old female bred at the veterinary hospital of Universidade Estadual de Londrina. At necropsy, a 270 degree pre-cervix counter-clockwise torsion was observed. The left horn was pregnant with a single male fetus of nearly 140 days old.
