Before a society that daily clamors judicial providences so that obligations not satisfied is satisfied, it appears the need that the State-judge's decisions are added the effective coercion means so that if equilibrate the social order. The present article has for objective to analyze the technique of the judicial coercion through the imposition of fines with base in summary tests. The degree of effectiveness of that technique destined to reinforce the execution of judicial decisions based on cognition no exhaustive is analyzed. It is still studied the subject of the judge's judgement in the imposition of fines, as well as its refund in the case of the author's succumbence.
