The collective interest presents in the developing progress of the medical science that exists looking at one side of the question and the individual interest, the respect to the human being, the respect of their individual rights, the respect of their dignity and physical integrity, etc., that exist looking at the other side, demand to rethink about the use of the modern technologies and a juridical regulation to fix secure limits.
