O Brasil e as empresas transnacionais: os novos rumos para a transnacionalização das empresas nacionais

O Brasil passou a atuar ativamente nas negociações e discussões no cenário internacional e tudo se deve ao amadurecimento da economia nacional, em face às grandes empresas estrangeiras, e à postura dos Diplomatas Empresariais brasileiros. Nesse viés, as Empresas Transnacionais nacionais têm criado alianças a fim de fortalecer a disputa por mercados internos e externos aproveitando-se da onda globalizante que aproximou economias e Estados. Fusões, Aquisições, Joint Ventures e outras formas de cooperação possuem, agora, papéis vitais na economia nacional que se encontra mais receptiva a novos investimentos e preparada para disputar por mercados antes nunca possibilitados. Estas tendências preparam o Brasil para uma nova ordem econômica.
