This review is derived from the work Probática: The Science of Representing Facts in Legal Proceedings, which aims to analyze the aspects of knowledge creation within the context of evidentiary law, with a focus on effectively guaranteeing constitutional rights. The main focus of the work is the presentation of a procedural model of Probática, capable of ensuring the full performance of the judicial function through the application of appropriate techniques and methods to obtain legally relevant data.
