This paper aims to present the main changes in the contemporary mode of production, resulting from the so-be the 3rd Industrial Revolution, combined with the advent of neoliberal political-economic assumptions, and the consequences of this new context for the world of work. The main focus of analysis of the art dictates. 170 of the Federal Constitution that establishes the economic order in the value of human labor as a means of promoting human dignity.
