Regarding the simple privy's juridical interest in the outcome of the process, there is not a doctrinarian discrepancy in the understanding that the privy has freedom to act in the procedure, excepts in his powers towards the material law that is argued in the judicial proceeding. Still, there is not an unanimity in doctrine about the nature of procedure position of the privy in the simple adhesive intervention. This essays analyzes the fundamentals that give live to the doctrinal standpoints.
