The present study analyses the Euro Union implementation, outstanding the advantages and disadvantages of the new currency. The some way, monetary integration possibility comments are presented with the implementation of a sole currency for MERCOSUL, considering the inherent judicial aspects, especially related to the sovereignty of the states involved.
