Fatores que afetam o compartilhamento de conhecimento em equipes virtuais

Objetivo: Identificar os fatores que influenciam o compartilhamento de conhecimento em equipes virtuais, visando melhorar a gestão do conhecimento nessas equipes.
Metodologia: Foi realizada uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, com pesquisa exploratória nas bases de dados Web of Science, Scopus e Google Acadêmico, a fim de identificar artigos sobre o tema publicados nos últimos cinco anos. A análise qualitativa foi conduzida utilizando a técnica de análise de conteúdo, selecionando 10 artigos para um exame detalhado.
Resultados: Os principais fatores que influenciam o compartilhamento de conhecimento em equipes virtuais foram identificados e organizados em cinco categorias: individuais, de equipe, organizacionais, tecnológicos e transnacionais.
Conclusões: As empresas podem aprimorar a gestão do conhecimento em equipes virtuais adotando ferramentas colaborativas, promovendo uma cultura de compartilhamento e investindo em capacitação. É proposto um sistema abrangente para categorizar os fatores identificados, oferecendo uma base para estratégias de gestão mais eficazes. Ressalta-se que por se tratar de uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, não é possível avaliar o impacto desses fatores em diferentes tipos de empresas, sugerindo a necessidade de futuras pesquisas.
