Política de industrialização recente em Londrina

Este trabalho trata das dificuldades de política industrial urbana aplicada numa cidade de porte médio no interior do país, mesmo num contexto de intensificação da internacionalização da economia, ou seja, quando grandes fluxos de informações digitais estão reduzindo gradualmente as desigualdades funcionais persistem e separam os grandes centros industriais e de negócios dos demais portes funcionais. Este estudo (sobre a luta pela industrialização de Londrina) levanta, na verdade, um elenco de dificuldades de naturezas jurídica, política e econômica que envolvem espontânea ou pragmaticamente a redução de economia de aglomeração combinada no processo de metropolização. Enfoca as práticas das políticas locais voltadas para equipar médios centros urbanos de modo a alterar os desníveis quanto à capacidade de localização industrial, justamente numa fase de transição entre fordismo e pós-fordismo.
