Through the theoretical plan about the representation of the mediatic body and the recent methodology developed by Javier Marzal Felici (2011) will be perceived how the signs for the construction of the male body imagery in that homoerotic vehicle are articulated. The proposed methodology meets the theoretical references of this work, because is considered the socio-cultural context of the photography, in addition to studies of signs that compose the image. Thus, this paper aims to verify how the subjective notions of the desire are decoded in iconographic form in the representations disseminated in homoerotic publications.Downloads
