Abstract

The article deals with the fundamental right of access to health as a subjective public right guaranteed by the constitution, and its relationship with the principle of full protection enshrined in the statute of child and teenager. It is intended, through this study, set out the fundaments of the right to health and their disposal in the constitution as well as their approach by the statute of child and teenager, creating a consciousness of the need and the importance of the effective realization of the right to health in the social base, especially with regard to ensuring quality of life for children and teenagers, a task that requires collaboration and joint efforts of the government and the whole society.
