Abstract

Develops the theme of the allocation of resources from Terms of Conduct Adjustment and judicial condemnations by the Ministry of Labour in order to promote actions of social public policy. Aims to study the ways of obtaining these resources, the allocation usually used by the ministerial body and new clothes that are designed to achieve institutional goals and objectives and interests protected by the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil. It also aims to demonstrate the legitimacy of the MPT for the implementation of these policies in the national legal setting. Case law across the country is already demonstrating the creative tendency of the Ministry of Labor as agents of social transformation. The importance of the issue is related to the effectiveness of social rights and, especially, with the true meaning of justice and reparation of diffuse, collective and individual damage homogenous regarding the juslaborais rights.
