Abstract

It is study of the selectivity of the criminal justice system and its impact on the deconstruction of the purposes of the economic order . It analyzes the structure of the theory of criminal tagging or labeling approach , which advocates the election process by criminal law (primary criminalization ) and formal instances of control deviant behavior ( secondary criminalization ) of people most likely to become offenders , as opposed to those who hold political and economic power and social status , which are immune to punitive power of the state , called "white collar criminals " and that thicken the golden figure of the crime of economic crimes.

Graduated in Law at State University of Londrina; Specialist in Public Law by the Londrina State University and a graduate student in Constitutional Law at Modern Constitutional Law Institute and Londrina Citizenship.

Melina Girardi Fachin, Federal University of Paraná - UFPR

Graduated in Law at State University of Londrina ; Specialist in Public Law by the State University of Londrina  and a graduate student in Constitutional Law at Modern Constitutional Law Institute and Londrina Citizenship .
Doctorate in constitutional law, with an emphasis on human rights, Catholic University of São Paulo / BR (2010-ongoing), under the guidance of Prof. Dra. Flavia Piovesan. Visiting researcher at Harvard Law School (Cambridge / USA, January to March 2011). A master's degree in Philosophy of Law at the Catholic University of São Paulo / BR (2008), under the guidance of Prof. Dra. Flavia Piovesan, having defended dissertation on human rights grounds (work published by ed. Reload, 2009). It has improvement in human rights by the Institut international des droits de lhomme (Strasbourg / FR, 2005) and a degree in Law from the Federal University of Paraná / BR (2005). She is a professor of Constitutional Law and Human Rights in Colleges Don Bosco and Integrated Colleges of Brazil / Unibrasil (Curitiba / PR) and voluntary assistant professor of human rights in the Graduate Strictu sense of PUC / PR. Author of several books and articles on the likes of Constitutional Law, especially regarding the contemporary scene of human rights and of fundamental rights. Member member of the coordination of the law school of the International College of the Brazil / Unibrasil (Curitiba / PR, 2011).
