The present study is an analysis of the process of capital (re) territorialization over the past thirty years, (re) ordering the environment for its fluidity and action needs: firstly, under the auspices of the industrial and commercial capital, embodied by the sphere of agricultural modernization; and then, under the speculative capital, locus of the so-called re-ruralization of the Fluminense agrarian space. In both, there are profound transformations in the production structure and work relationships. The importance of this proposal resides in the different forms of agrarian organization and in the different ways it materializes itself on this environment .
