A list and a key for Chiroptera identification from "Mats do Godoy" tand surroundings are presented. Nine hundred and seventy-one individuals belonging to 21 genera of 4 families were collected, within the period of 1982 to 1983, and from 1989 to 1990, within a total amount of 96 hours of capture. This work aims at helping research workers to know the bats of this region.
