Japanese culture: does it interfere in the professional performance of Nikkei nurse?

The authors intend to verify whether the Japanese culture has influenced on the professional performance of the nikkei nurses or not. The results obtained snow us some characteristics of the Japanese culture which contribute in the performance of nikkei nurses, such as: the responsibility, the discipline and the facility in communicating with japaneses and descendants. These characteristics should be considered for the improvement and development of our profession.
