Abstract

The present work is a survey concerning the principal phases involved in the cultivation of the mushroom Agaricus bisporus as well as present data dealing with nutritional value, composting, cultivation, structures and control of production, as to the possibility of cultivation of mushrooms in Londrina and other areas of Brazil.
