Abstract
This article presents theoretical and experimental procedure used in the study of fluid diffusion in amorphous solids by gamma ray attenuation. It is also presented a brief experimental study of water difussion in concrete, qualitatively comparing with a theoretical and experimental study of water diffusion in Cerrado soil
