Abstract

Discussion of problems related to integration and multiple leadership in Brazilian universities. Models designed to promote involvement of five mains groups of participants of the university system are suggested. Description, discussion, and interpret­ation of some techniques applied to institutional research aiming at implementation of the models for integration and multiple leadership.
