Abstract
Because of the relevance of the supervised hospital internship program this study has been made with the general objective of collecting data that would help in the establishment of a diagnostic for the professionalization stage of the medical course at UEL. With this deisgn in mind, the author carried out an 18 month daily accounting of his activities during the supervised internship paying particular attention to those activities of a clinical and surgical charater. The results showed a significant predominance of clinical over surgical practice. In addition the daily recora of activities revealed itself to be also a valid recourse for intern evaluation in the area of health.
