Considerações sobre a violência

Abstract

The present work approaches the problem of violence and its roots in various degrees and modalities, discussing behavioral deviance or resistance to the established norms in the institutional sense. The third part analyses social tensions as probable causes or contributing causes of deviance from normal behavior towards the anti-social, focusing, in this context, on the problem of the modality and distribution of income, arriving at the conclusion that social tensions and inequalities in income distribution and unemployment are important factors generating social violence.
