The slowness of the judiciary: priorities for reform

The text treats about the increase of the litigation in Brazil after the current Constitution and, as a consequence, the slowness of the Judicial process in Brazil. It emphasizes the awakening of the brazilian society to the deficiencies of the law system structure, which caused the need of a Judiciary Reform. Criticizes the speeches that cause an overall feeling of a Judiciary crisis, without showing technical studies or viable solutions. Gives attention to the law changes. Points some priorities to put in practice the desired Judiciary Reform.
