Abstract

The present work has as objective approaches the Community Right and of the Integration, in your processual aspect, taking as base the system of solution of controversies in the integration blocks, with emphasis for the community experience and of the integration, that starting from to good happened construction of the European Union and this to the light of the Protocols that they govern the subject in the ambit of MERCOSUL, trying to analyze the progresses starting from the comparison among the systems.
