Abstract

Introduction: The high competitiveness in the market has led organizations to adopt Information Technology more frequently and to use the best practices of the area for this is fundamental. IT Certifications seek to provide a better way to guide the efficient application of these practices. In this context it is essential to measure and understand how these methodologies are being used and what results have been achieved. Objective: The present research has the objective of extracting indexes of appearance in the literature from the topics of Information Technology certifications and the Kano model, adopted to measure the relationship between satisfaction and performance. Methodology: A bibliometric study was carried out at the Scopus database using keywords about the selected topics in order to obtain data about the academic production in the area. Results: In the sample, 135 articles were identified relating the themes and presented the most found keywords, periodicals with more articles, authors with more publications, articles cited more, and quantity of articles published per year. Conclusions: The themes researched have shown room for new research, given the significant amount of publications in recent years. There is no predominant author as well as no consolidated research center in the area.
