Peer Review Process
The papers will be submitted to the Advisory Board of this journal, as well as to external ad hoc consultants, recognized experts in each of the topics covered. Therefore, manuscripts will be sent to 2 consultants for evaluation, using a double blind peer review, without identification of authorship. The consultants, supported by an evaluation form, will provide an opinion on the theoretical-conceptual, structural (text coherence), and writing (spelling-grammar) aspects, recommending one of the four options:
1 - Recommends publication, with no need for amendments.
2- Recommends publication, with suggested changes.
3- Does not recommend publication. However, resubmission is encouraged after a thorough reformulation based on the suggested changes.
4- Does not recommend publication.
In the case of disagreements, the manuscript is sent to a third reviewer who is equally specialized on the subject.
The entire evaluation process is carried out within the editorial flow of the submission, ensuring that all stages are recorded.
The estimated time from submission to publication is approximately 5 months, considering that the journal is published every six months.
