Gostaria de agradecer o convite de estar aqui apresentando uma parte do nosso trabalho desenvolvido dentro do IAPAR. Gostaria de dizer que este trabalho foi fruto da nossa preocupação a nível de sócio economia das alterações que ocorreram dentro da agricultura paranaense principalmente no período de 70-80. Foi elaborado um projeto de pesquisa para tentar, além de identificar estas alterações dentro da agricultura, conhecer um pouco melhor as especificidades regionais que tem o nosso Estado.
