O início da aglomeração que hoje forma o núcleo urbano do Distrito Administrativo de Lerroville, originou-se da estrada que liga os Distritos de Tamarana e Paiquerê. A ocupação iniciou-se no ponto mais alto do espigão por onde passa a estrada, e constituía-se a princípio em local de comércio para os agricultores circunvizinhos.
