This paper aims to understand the pedogeomorphological evolutionary dynamics of a convex slope in the Belmont Basin stream in Porto Velho city - RO, Brazil. Through assessments of erosion potential in different topography along the course of this slope and opening 1.5m deep trenches and taking samples for granulometric analysis, flocculation and sulfuric attack aiming at the Structural Analysis of the Pedological Coverage of the slope, with purposes of employing the Etchplanning Theory of landscape evolution. The future trend of this slope will tend to straighten, with the foothills more concave, the middle more rectilinear (with a small slope). At the foot of this, there is the appearance of "jumps" of elevation discontinuity, due to the structural collapse of the most superficial layers of the soil due to greater movement and exfiltration of particles suspended in water, mainly clay.
