Net and central locality: the MST in northwest of Paraná

From Querência do Norte is articulated a whole of relations between settlements and camps in the northwest. This center is represented by of MST Secretariat and by Cooperativa de Comercialização e Reforma Agrária Avante Ltda (COANA), which are localized in Querência do Norte, it becomes a knot in the mediation between the settlements/camps and the State Secretariat (Curitiba) and National (São Paulo). Thus, Querência do Norte, While a central locality, articulates to a center of control an conducts a determined number of settlements and camps, that are spread in many municipal districts of northwest of Paraná; so they formed a net.
