This article analyzes the discourse and the political position adopted by publisher Marvel Comics on the issues pertaining to the U.S. post-September 11 context from a study of representations built on the attacks and the subsequent anti-terrorist policies adopted by the Bush administration and present at the series Civil War, besides to discuss methodological and theoretical aspects and elements that make up the relationship between history and Comics.Downloads
