Abstract

This article aims to introduce the fundamental rights of disabled children by exposing aspects of Law No. 8.069 / 1990 (Statute of Children and Adolescents) and the innovations brought about the treatment of the child. Discuss the principles of Integral Protection and Absolute Priority. Addressing certain aspects of Social Welfare and the Continued Benefit provided for n Article 203, V, of the Brazilian Federal Constitution and regulated by Law No. 8,742 / 1993. Discuss the importance of granting the benefit to disabled children and about the difficulty of getting it before the Local Authority Social Security.
