Abstract

This study analyzes the institute of the preliminary injunction in Civil Procedural Law. Moreover, this paper also tries to find resolutions for the many problems facing the jusfundamental protection of the environment. In this way, this paper initially examines the extent of the application of such precautionary measures as a means for protecting the environment effectivity. Afterwards, this paper explores the applicability of the precautionary principle, which should guide environmental protection, including those of a provisional nature, in a context of precautionary tendencies, in order to avoid or minimize damages to the environment. This paper utilized the analytical approach.
