Abstract

The work pretends to investigate the problem about criminal rules that propose to regulate the noise polution. Initially the work broaches the environment problem. After studies the main aspects about noise polution and its effects in human body. In other point specific the work there is a investigation about what would be the role of criminal law on the criminal protection of the environment. After this topic the work shows specifically the polution crime and, in other topic, the Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais’ Law 9.505/2008. At end, the work broaches the intervention limits of criminal law in the control of the noise polution. The method used is the deductive hypothetical and bibliographic search.
