This article has the objective to understand the role of the International Red Cross in promoting peace through humanitarian assistance and development for the building and the adoption of international treaties for the sake of protection of man in the midst of conflict and the regulation of methods of warfare in order to make this hostile when the human as possible . Among these weapons of mass destruction , cluster bombs include and anti-personnel mines , in view of its low production cost and the damage they cause to civilians in the affected regions. At the end , through the study , it is concluded that by limiting the means and methods in the war , especially those of mass destruction weapons , that behold would be more restricted , encouraging the peace and hitting the goals of organization concerned .Downloads
