The problems being faced by the state republic

Abstract

The article aims to identify and locate the problems that afflict the state and its institutions, especially the republican state structure. To do this, we identified new factors that cause destabilization in the state and, therefore, affect the dynamics of democracy. The modern problem of the territory is cause many questions regarding their livelihood as defining characteristic of the contemporary state, as well as anthro-social dynamics of individualism. Such issues falling on the interpretation and realization of the principle of equality, not just because all are equal before the law, but have basic minimum conditions. Finally, the concluding considerations bring the issues to be considered to address the problems reflected throughout the text.
