Abstract

The goal of this text is to illustrate a trend of Judicial Review, worldwide, of easing the procedural requirements imposed on those who submit questions to a given Constitucional Court. Thereunto, three examples were briefly analysed: Germany, Brazil and USA.

Master's Student in Law, State Constitution and the University of Brasilia (UNB), under the guidance of the Minister Gilmar Mendes Ferreira, the Supreme Federal Court (STF). Master's Student in Roman Law by the Law Faculty of Largo de São Francisco / University of São Paulo (USP). BS (2010) and Bachelor (2011) in philosophy from the University of Brasilia (UNB). Bachelor of Law from the Catholic University of Brasilia (UCB) (2011). Was for one year, special student of the Master in Philosophy at the University of Brasilia (UNB). Student Member of the Society for the Promotion of Roman Studies (founded in 1910) and the Society for the Promotion of Hellenic Studies (founded in 1879).
