Relevance of legal certainty in a transnational state model

Abstract

The current crisis of the state model , especially the state of social welfare, is great dilemma of today. Proposal that arises as plausible is the constitutionalization of economic blocks, such as was sought in the Union European. It aims to portray part of the discussion on this and constitutionalising show how viable the formation of this new post- national figure. However undeniable this new legal form should be provided with certain basic principles such as legal certainty and are intended to demonstrate the importance of this here principle to the proposed new model.
