Abstract

Will be airing in the present study the distortion ofthe theory of guaranteeism in the fight against white collarcrimes. Considering that the criminal infiltration in legallyconstituted private company is a contemporary male, itinvestigates possible weapons to fight modern crime effectively.Not being enough instruments adopted in our times, once ableto win the traditional crime, there is a need to examine the issuemore closely. For this, it differs from the economic crime ofmass crime, considers itself the crimes of office and discussesthe distortion of the theory of guaranteeism for in the end,draw some conclusions.
