Abstract

Researched up on the outbreak of bullying in the scenario of labor relations, a phenomenon that is revealed as a derogatory behavior of human character, which threatens the physical and psychological integrity of the worker as well as the possibility of carrying out personal searches of employees by their employers, as not intended and outlined by Brazilian law situation. It examined thus the employer possibility of scour and inspect the belongings of workers, such as handbags and wallets, routinely at the end of the day, taking into account the various doctrinal currents that address this matter. It was stressed the collision of rights that this issue provides, as well as the criteria grounded in the principle of proportionality for the solution of this conflict. Finally, given the need to combat the perverse violence were suggested prevention methods in an attempt to build a healthy and balanced work environment in which to value measures that entail the worker's recognition as a human being worthy.
