Abstract

A review of object work resulted in a text presented by its author at the seminar "Law and Economic Globalization " , organized by the International Institute for Sociology and Law ( IILS ) , in July 2009 , at which were intense discussions on the scope and the role of regulation and international financial supervision , addressing the influence of the financial crisis that began in 2008 in the state and in contemporary law.
