Nowdays it's understood that the fisical integrity and estl1etic are togheter in the building the profile of the paciem. Based on this, authors selected a clinic case in which was done an oral rehabilitation of the pacient through a diastem closure in upper-anterior teeth, using composite resin (APH -Dentisply), oclusal ajustment by wearing out and confeccioning of clamp removable partial denture, upper and lower -class II of Kennedy and in the same were made palatal supports, increasing the cingulum region with the composite resin, aiming for confection of the rest seats on the anterior upper teeth, whereas on the lower teeth incisal rest seats were made due to dental inclination and volume, that do not allow the tecnique of confection of lingual support and making possible the esthetic comparison between the two ways ofsupport.
