The main characteristic of indirect adhesive prosthesis is the minimal wear of dental structure; because of this, it is specially indicated when pillar teetl1 are complete or with small tooth decay or restorations, as in the cases of accidental loss or anterior teeth in young patients. The good retention of association of etching/composite resins reinforces the viability of this technique which also guarantees better aesthetics, low cost and innocuousness to the periodontics tissues. In this case, the authors made an indirect adhesive prosthesis joining chemical and physical retentive means for replacing maxillary lateral incisors, being the pillar teeth of the future prosthesis, complete. The authors concluded that the advantages of this technique are the maintenance of dental structure and better aesthetics, which represents an alternative in daily dental clinic and an option to be given to the patient
