Due to the functional-anatomy similarities of TJM and the ear, the hearing symptoms are common in the temporomandibular disorders (TMD), without bringing any great damage to hearing sensibility. However, in the present case. TMD chronic process and consequential alteration in the auditory tube led to a conductive and sensorioneural hearing loss, moderate to profound degree. Beyond this, another pathological case was detected, which is an aneurism. Auditive symptoms in TMDs must be not disconsidered.
