The authors hare tried to point oui, through radiograph of the cervical spine of 36 patients with DOWN'S syndrome, alterations at C1 and C2. They emphasize that these alteration may have clinical importance. Instability was the main, disturbance. The percentage of positive diagnosis for instability was 13,8%.
