Tile forest reserve "Godoy" is art isolated pared of primary forest located approximately 20 km south of Londrina. PR. Artificial breeding traps containing distilled water were placed within this habitat. Only one species of Culicidae was collected: Limatus durhami. Collection data were analyzed in terms, of annual population fluctuation and correlated with physical ambiental factors. The forest reserve is characterized as a poor reproductive site and correspondingly poor in Culicidfauna.
